Parimvita, LLC ("Parimvita" or "we") respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting your personal information ("PI"). This privacy statement ("Privacy Statement") explains our PI collection, use and disclosure practices.
1. Application of this Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement applies to PI we collect in connection with: • The following website we operate (the "Site"): www.parimvita.com
• Our interaction with site visitors, whether online, by phone, by mail, by e-mail, in person or by other means in connection with business inquiries.

2.1 We may collect PI you voluntarily provide to us, such as by:

• Otherwise participating in activities, we offer that might require information about you

3. PI we collect
We will collect the PI you provide. For example, we collect identifiers, such as your name and contact information, which may include your mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address, when you provide such information to us. We may use that PI as explained below.
We will also collect PI through automated means, such as via cookies, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address. Please see our cookie notice below.
4. How we use PI
We may use the PI we collect as follows:
• Respond to your request: For example, where you have made a business inquiry or requested information from us.
• As explained when provided: We may use the PI we collect in a manner that is not inconsistent with the purpose indicated when the PI was collected, such as to send you a newsletter.
• With your consent: For example, where you have provided PI to us voluntarily to complete a survey or access secured content. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@parimivta.com.
• Our legitimate business interests: For example, where it is necessary for us to understand our site visitors. Our legitimate business interests may include creating and publicizing our business. We may perform analytics on this legal basis as necessary to provide you with tailored experience and so that we can improve, maintain and manage our Site in a way that meets your expectations as a site visitor.
• Compliance with law: Where we are subject to a legal obligation and need to use your PI to comply with that obligation.
5. PI we disclose
We do not disclose your PI to third parties, except:
• To vendors, service providers and other entities with whom we have a business relationship, such as communicating with you, including by way of e-mail or survey delivery, or for site visitors’ relationship management. We restrict these third parties by contract from utilizing, sharing or retaining your PI for any purpose other than for which they have been specifically contracted.
• To Parimvita affiliates in connection with the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.
• To comply with law, rule regulation or legal process, such as in response to a subpoena.
• For the purpose of facilitating and allowing a corporate restructuring or reorganization, or another business transaction including, but not limited to, a merger, acquisition or sale of all or substantially all of our business, stock or assets, in which case the acquiring company should continue to utilize your PI in the manner for which it was provided and intended in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
6. Safeguarding your PI
We follow generally accepted standards to safeguard the PI we collect, both during transmission and once received and stored, including utilization of encryption where appropriate.
7. PI Retention
We retain PI only for as long as necessary for a legitimate legal or business purpose, such as:
• When mandated by law, rule, regulation, contract or similar obligations applicable to our business operations
• For preserving, resolving, defending or enforcing our legal and contractual rights
• When needed to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect PI from children under 18 years old, nor do we target our Site to such children. If we become aware of PI we collected from PI from children under 18, we will delete that information. Please contact us if you have reason to believe we may have PI of children under 18.
9. Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. You should refer to the privacy notices of any other websites you visit.
10.Rights Granted by Specific U.S. Data Protection Laws
10.1 Certain U.S. state data protection laws require that we disclose specific information regarding the categories of PI we collect (see above) and may grant you rights with regard to that PI. They include:

10.2 California
10.2.1 California Consumer Protection Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act
This section pertains to California consumers and addresses the CCPA.
10.2.1.1 Your CA Rights. As a California consumer, under the CCPA you have the right to:
· Notice of our PI collection, use and disclosure practices (via this Privacy Statement)
· Request the—
o Categories of PI collected
o Categories of sources from which PI is collected
o Business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling or sharing PI
o Categories of third parties to whom PI is disclosed
o Categories of PI sold or shared, if any
o Categories of third parties to whom PI was sold or shared
o Categories of PI disclosed for a business purpose
o Categories of persons to whom PI was disclosed for a business purpose
o Specific pieces of PI collected
o Correction of inaccurate PI
o Deletion of PI
• Opt-out (or opt-in for children under 16) to the sale or sharing of PI
• Equal service (no retaliation or discriminatory practices for exercising your CCPA rights)
• Limit use of sensitive PI to that necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer

10.2.1.2 Do Not Sell My Personal Information. Under the CCPA, sell means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, In writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's PI by the business to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We do not sell your PI.
10.2.1.3 Do Not Share My Personal Information. Under the CCPA, share means the sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, In writing, or by electronic or other means, of consumer's personal Information by the business to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration, including transactions between a business and a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising for the benefit of a business In which no money is exchanged.
We do not share your PI.
10.2.1.4 Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information. We do not anticipate receiving sensitive PI. If you do disclose sensitive PI (other than as permitted by the CCPA), this sensitive PI may be used, or disclosed to a service provider or contractor, for additional, specified purposes. As a California consumer, you have the right to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive PI.
You may limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive PI under certain circumstances by contacting us at support@parimvita.com.
10.2.2 California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
This section pertains to California consumers and addresses the CalOPPA.
"Do Not Track" Policy. Our website does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Some websites keep track of your browsing activities. If you are visiting such websites, you can set your preferences in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You may be able to enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.
10.2.3 California Privacy Rights (California's Shine the Light Law)
This section pertains to California residents, and addresses California's Shine the Light law.
Requests Regarding Direct Marketing. Under California's Shine the Light law, California residents with an established business relationship with us may request information once annually about sharing their PI with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
We do not share PI with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
10.3 U.S. State Laws: Virginia, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Montana, Florida, Texas, Oregon, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Nebraska, Maryland, Minnesota and Rhode Island
This section pertains to consumers of the states indicated above, as of the effective dates of their respective laws also indicated above.
10.3.1 Your Rights Under U.S. State Laws
The rights of consumers in each state differ; however, generally, as a consumer of one of the states indicated above, you may have the right to:
• Confirm whether or not we are processing your PI, and access to your PI
• Correct inaccurate PI
• Delete PI
• Obtain a copy of PI
• Opt-out of (i) the sale of PI, (ii) targeted advertising, and/or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer
10.3.2 Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise your rights by e-mailing us at support@parimvita.com. If we reject your request, you may appeal that rejection by e-mailing us at support@parimvita.com. You may contact the Attorney General of your state if you have concerns about the result of an appeal.
10.3.3 Sale of PI.
Under certain U.S. State Laws, you may have the right to opt-out of the sale of your PI. We do not sell your PI.
10.3.4 Targeted Advertising.
Under certain US State Laws, you may have the right to opt-out of targeted advertising. We do not process your PI for targeted advertising.
10.3.5 Profiling.
Under certain US State Laws, you may have the right to opt-out of the use of your PI for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not process your PI for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.
10.3.6 Sensitive Data.
Under certain U.S. State Laws, you may have the right to opt-out of the processing of your sensitive PI. We do not anticipate receiving sensitive PI, and therefore do not intend to process sensitive PI. If you do disclose sensitive PI (other than as permitted by the U.S. State Laws), this sensitive PI may be used, or disclosed to a service provider or contractor, for additional, specified purposes. You may opt-out of the processing of your sensitive PI under certain circumstances by contacting us at support@parimvita.com.
11. Non-US Residents and the European Union
Residents of other countries outside the United States, such as in the European Union, may have other rights. This section pertains to those individuals.
Except where we expressly acknowledge otherwise or we are required by law, we make no assurances or representations of any kind that the Site is suitable for use in, or adhere to the requirements of, the country in which you reside. By accessing the Site, you consent to the processing of your PI as provided in this Privacy Statement. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us at support@parimvita.com.
We may process PI in the United States (which has not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission) and in other jurisdictions.
If at any point you believe the PI we process about you is incorrect, you may request to see the PI and to have it corrected or deleted by contacting us at support@parimivta.com. If you wish to object to or raise a complaint on how we have handled your PI, you may contact us who will investigate the matter. You may also be able to receive a copy of your PI or have your PI transferred by contacting us at support@parimivta.com.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your PI not in accordance with law, you may complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
